Art exhibition and events to culminate the GHT : a reincarnation residency project. 8 artists have been working on a long term residency in God’s House Tower; see their responses to this historic building when they open the doors with an exhibition and series of events including performances, talks and tours.

A preview of the exhibition we are open by the artists from the GHT: A Reincarnation project. Also featuring a panel discussion with the artists and Louise Coysh, Associate Director of Arts and Culture as University of Southampton. No booking required.
Saturday 23 September | 7–9pm

Stone Soup is a rehearsed reading of poems and dramatic monologues by Deborah Gearing and Greg Gilbert with a ‘pay what you feel’ banquet by Curb, Southampton’s Real Junk Food Project and Butcher’s Hook bar.
God’s House Tower Tour : Past, Present, Future

The artists of GHT: A Reincarnation would like to invite you to a guided tour of one of Southampton’s most exciting historical buildings, God’s House Tower. Andy Russel will tell us about the building’s colourful past, Dan Crow will give us an insight into the venues future, and the GHT: A Reincarnation artists will tell you a bit about their works made in response to the building over the past 18 months.
700 Women Book Launch
Thursday 28 September | 7–9pm
Join us at the launch for the book to accompany the project ‘700 Women’. Last year artist Sarah Filmer invited 700 women to walk through GHT to reclaim the ‘herstory’ in this historic building.
